Find answers to common questions about the palette generator.
To extract a palette from an image:
- Go to the page Home
- Click the upload area or drag and drop an image
- Choose how many colors to extract (from 3 to 15)
- Wait for image processing to complete
- Get a ready palette with HEX codes
Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP
Generating a random palette is easy:
- On the page Palette Generation click the generate button
- The system will create a unique palette of harmonious colors
- You can regenerate the palette until you find the perfect option
- Save the palette you like to your account
Tip: Use random palettes for inspiration when you need fresh ideas.
Saving a palette is available only for registered users:
- Register or sign in to your account
- Generate or extract a palette
- Click the button Save Palette
- Enter a name for your palette
- Confirm saving
All saved palettes are available in the section My Palettes.
Important: You can save up to 50 palettes in your account.

Yes! Paleta has a native Android app with all key features:
- 9 color harmony modes and HSV wheel
- On-image pipette with magnifier
- Export in 6 formats (JSON, CSV, GPL, ASE, ACO, PNG)

- Guest mode, dark/light theme, Russian and English interface
Requires Android 8.0 or higher
In addition, the Paleta web version is fully responsive and works on desktops, tablets, and smartphones directly in the browser.
